THE PROCESS
Ideally, the design process for custom invitations should begin 4-5 months before your wedding date. While rush orders are available, it is best to contact me prior to ensure I can complete your rush job in time..

Once you've decided what kind of stationery you're looking for, fill out and send back to me at blushprintables@gmail.com

If I am currently not accepting any custom orders, I will notify you within 1 business day.

Quotes are based on the complexity of the design work and type of designs needed. A design quote will be sent to you via e-mail within three business days.

Acceping the Quote
Should you accept the quote, a 50% deposit will be required to begin the work. This non-refundable deposit is required to secure service. The design process will not begin until the payment has cleared. The remaining balance is due before final files are released.

Payment
Invoices will be sent via Pay Pal. Please note that e-checks take 5-7 business days to clear. All major credit cards are accepted

Proofs
Proofs will be delivered via e-mail in PDF format. Three rounds of proofs are included in a 60-day period; additional proofs are $35 each. With each round of proofs, I strongly suggest printing your documents to ensure color quality. You should also check for spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors. With each round of proofs, you can suggest changes and revisions. Your revision requests will be incorporated into the next round of proofs.

Should the project become more complex, or design options changed, a new quote will be e-mailed to you. Design work will resume after the new quote has been accepted. How long will my project take? Typically, the design process takes anywhere from 7-14 business days to complete a first round of proofs. The better I understand your vision, the faster I can complete your project. It's very important that we are on the same page when it comes to your custom design. If possible, please provide color swatches and inspiration boards.

Kindly note that production time is co-dependent upon client responding to emails in a timely manner. Any delay in communication with customer will result in delay of proof(s) being sent.
